NY Permaculture Meetup Presents a talk by Andrew Faust: Inspiring Urban Agriculture Around the World

Come hear a global survey of some of the best examples and pursuits in growing a diversity of highly nutritious healthy foods within and near to high density urban centers.
From rooftop gardens and farms to integrating rain water, pollinators, fruit trees, nuts and berries in city landscapes.
We will be exploring examples from Shanghai,Paris, New York City and more!
Faust is one of the premier Permaculture teachers and designers in North America with over two decades of experience in the field. His passionate and visionary presentations and curriculum have inspired and motivated teachers, students and colleagues, since his days as a high school teacher at a open community, free school, which he graduated from in 86′, in Glenmoore, Pennsylvania.
Faust has a dual diploma from PINA http://pina.in/ in Design and Education.
Andrew has studied and gardened extensively with some of the most productive biodynamic and organic farms and communities in the Northeastern U.S.
