Urban Homesteading Assistance Board Tour
UHAB (Urban Homesteading Assistance Board) is doing a free tour of homesteads in the Lower East Side. There will be many speakers introducing various sites. Their stop at La Plaza Community Garden will include two songs from the Squatter Opera. Bill D. will chaperone the event and help out.
Halloween Rat Race Maze
Our annual Halloween haunted garden celebration will take place starting Monday the 28th through Halloween day. All activities will be free and local school will be invited as always! The big night will be Halloween on Thursday.
